Customer satisfaction is our goal! We try extremely hard to photograph the African art as accurately as possible. However, due to varying computers, we cannot guarantee that the colors will be exactly reproduced on your monitor. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 15 days for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping excluded). At your request, we would be happy to try and find you a replacement. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for store credit (shipping excluded).
Please contact us for a "return order number" before returning your item. Once you have a "return order number", please return your item(s) in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
If you do not contact us for a return order number (RON), we are not responsible for any item(s) that do not make it back to us and your account can not be credited.
Any items that are returned and are not in their original condition (i.e. broken, scratched, chipped, etc.) will not be accepted for a refund or store credit.
